When you sign up for text messages from Hartford HealthCare, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Hartford HealthCare. These messages may include:

  • Information about HHC 24/7 and Hartford HealthCare services you may benefit from
  • Updates or requests related to your appointments and visits
  • Information related to your HHC 24/7 account
  • One-time passcode
  • Prescription reminders
  • Other messages related to care management or your relationship with HHC 24/7

You can opt-out of all SMS text messages sent by these codes by texting STOP to the applicable code number. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the code you opted out from. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to the applicable code. If you want to join again, sign up by texting START to the applicable code for instructions.  Note that you have to unsubscribe from each code service you consented to in order to completely withdraw from receiving all text messages.
